Ok 30 days... just placed my order for 80 ML of 18 stepping down from 24... should be here in the next week so time for a transistion. Fingers crossed.

My plan is to quit cold turkey, chew alot of gum (not nicotine gum) and think of the children.

For me its about the inner conflict; "It's hurting me physically" vs "I'm so dependent on this fix" By taking away the real thing and moving to the ECig, the focus no longer becomes this constant internal 0 back and forth fight and. The health aspect (besides a few uncertainties) is becoming an after though. Now you're left to focus on the core of the problem. Addition Slowly removing myself from this device is a much less painstaking battle to fight IMO. |
