Hi, I used to smoke 1.5 to 2 packs of Black & Milds a day, started vaping 7 days ago, and have only bought 2 packs. I had a couple left yesterday so I decided to smoke them to get them out of the way and give this a go. I just finished the last one this morning. The last 3-4 times I smoked an analog, I was impatiently waiting until i was finished with it so that I could e-smoke again! So I'm trying to make that my last pack and last single! This morning at 8:30 was my last one. Yesterday, I did not have one at all until it got pretty late at night, but I was fine. It might have been because I knew that if I wanted analog, I still had some left. But now i don't and I'm going to see how long i can go before buying another one. hopefully forever! *Fingers Crossed* Thanks and good luck to everyone else.

It's sort of a "one day at a time" thing. I kept my last pack of analogs for over a week after I quit {5 months ago} as a backup. Then I gave them away after I got used to vaping and realized I could make it work. Good luck |

You can do it! This is exactly how it went for me. Got the e-cig and still smoked analogs for almost two weeks but cut those in half and then by a third. Then last Friday night I got to the end of a pack and just decided not to buy more. It's been incredibly easy... almost too easy!

well its been over 24 hrs and i feel like i can do it. seems easier than i thought it would be, as long as i dont run out of juice. ordered some early last week. the juice that came with my e-cigar should last til at LEAST mid next week. so hopefully i'll have it then. mischiefgrrl, your case sounds very familiar to my case, so i'll try to be like you! thanks for the support! i've never had a forum of any kind or topic that i liked but i like this one. great people full of great information to learn from.

I think your timing is just right. The first day I went without an analog was on a Sunday. I thought I had a good start to the week but then at work... well... Then last weekend when I stopped analogs on a Friday night by Monday I had no urge whatsoever. The first day was easy. The 2nd and 3rd days I felt a little off, maybe antsy but not bad enough to go get more analogs. After that it's been pretty smooth sailing! I just got a shipment from healthcabin and should be set for over a month. I'm bummed that paypal shut down the account of myvaporstore who seem to be able to get every order to your door in two days. I hope they have another merchant lined up a month from now when I'm ready to order again. If not, I'll think in advance and do healthcabin (from China). Keep it up! You're doing great! |

Good luck you can do it. I too just stopped analogs about 1 week ago and I havent had the erge to go buy a pack yet. Ive had to tweek my juices to see what mg are right through the week but think I have it now. like 24mg first thing in moring then rest day do 12mg seems to be working. I'm so happy. I dont even really think about smoking just vaping when I get a craving. GO GO GO. If I can do it you can.

Good for you! That banner will get more and more meaningful, LOL. I still like seeing it every day. You can do it, and it's actually enjoyable quitting.
