Hi..I just wanted to post about this company, which is top-notch in my book. I had a refund coming to me, to be used on the next order. To make a long story short, ( those of you who know me, know that i can mess things up without even trying!), they gave me my own personal discount code, which i used ( I thought), got the final order and there was no discount.
I called them and they explained to me that i also had to click on "apply', which i didn't see and that it was too late to cancel
the order ( I'd placed it last nite and called a while ago)
So they added another &5.00 to my discount! And we chatted for a few minutes about various and sundry things.It sorta reminded me of Mr.Rob, and how hands-on he is , with his customers.( and even takes phone orders from idiots like me!)
And they have two different phone nos. , an 800 no. and a shop/lounge no., so I don't feel as tho I'm dealing with
some anonymous, faceless soulless entity.
It brightened my day....like Reoville does!
So now I'm heading that way to get some uplifting.....
