Typical Time to Ship?

Hello! I purchased my first REO last Thursday afternoon (Silver/Black Grand - YAY!!!) and I was just wondering what your experiences were with shipping/delivery times? Now let me preface this by saying that I'm not complaining, bashing, etc!!! I also am aware that Rob is recovering from something major and if that has anything to do with my question then by all means I would rather him get well and ship my Grand out next month if need be as I have other devices to use! I have just never done business with them until now so I'm wondering about their order processing setup. As I said I ordered the Grand last Thursday afternoon and today my order still says Pending. I checked PayPal and it is listed as Paid, so I was just curious if maybe it really is on the way and they either don't send shipping/tracking emails or maybe just haven't updated the order in their system yet to reflect it as being shipped? Haha, and let me say again that I'm not complaining, bashing, etc, I'm just very excited about getting it and since I'm on the other side of the country if it didn't ship yesterday or today I'm afraid it will push delivery into next week. Thanks!

No worries...you won't get flamed by anyone here....even if you were upset. There has been a major problem on the paypal end of things. Unfortunately, I can't explain much more than that as I'm not directly involved in this end of things and have very little paypal experience. The webmaster for REOsmods is trying to work out a fix for it, but in the meantime some orders are needing a little assist. So for this situation, I recommend you contact the shop at reo@reosmods.com with your Name, Address, email address used with your order and a phone number where you can be reached. Or you can all the shop directly...2074909783. Corrina will get it sorted out for you. And welcome to our sub-forum!

Be sure to check paypal for a tracking number too. Seems like that is where mine showed up.

Ugh, I feel like an idiot for not thinking of that, but THANK YOU!!! Sure enough it shipped out yesterday and the Tracking Number was available in the Order Details on PayPal. Now I just have to figure out how to get it since it looks like they required a signature even though I asked them not to. It takes me almost 45 minutes to get to the Post Office (damn CA traffic!) and their hours are the same as my work schedule so they're only open when I'm here at work.

Thanks again everyone and I can't wait to get it!!! I keep hearing that bottom-feeders are the way to go and REO's are the best of them!

Yeah no kidding! Mine says it shipped yesterday and will be here tomorrow which is amazing! Sometimes I can't get stuff from the same state as me that fast.

Shipping by air is usually faster. I usually get my mods a day or two before anyone on the east coast gets them...they (USPS) only put them on trucks when they're closer.
