vapors delight

am just getting started, and so far have an m401 that I like. Thought I'd try out the vaunted EVO.

Has anyone bought an EVO from Vapor's Delight and actually received it? My experience to date has been poor.

I ordered on 12/11, and received 2 separate emails (one direct from the vendor, one from paypal) that both specified that my order had been shipped very clearly. This was all on 12/11.

I emailed a few days asking if this was true, and on 12/15 was told my order shipped "yesterday".

I emailed again on Monday, 12/20 and was told this time that my order shipped on 12/15.

It still has not showed up today. This is a shipment from PA to NY - normally takes 2 days.

The vendor is also very slow to respond to emails - usually takes days. Is this typical service from Vapor's Delight? At this point I am not even confident that my package was mailed.

as a small update, the order never arrived and vapors delight refunded my credit card (today). while the end result is satisfactory, waiting 3+ weeks from date of order, only to end up with a refund is not very satisfying. i will probably not be trying vapor's delight again, with the large number of extremely responsive vendors to choose from.
