    Default Nlv...

I purchased 30ml of bounty hunter from you guys about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I thought at that time the juice was the best juice I ever had. I therefore proceeded to buy more. I purchased a mini mug of Bounty hunter.

First off, the juice tasted nothing like the previous order of Bounty Hunter. I then started vaping it because I had nothing else and though it was not the juice I previously purchased, it was vapeable. I then woke up a couple of days later with what I thought was a virus.

I proceeded to vape your juice because I never expected that it was the juice that was making me cough my brains out. I then thought maybe it was the juice. I stopped vaping it for just a half hour and sure enough, my cough went away, I then thought I would give your juice the benefit of a doubt and tried it again and sure enough the coughing started it once again. The problem was your juice.

I e-mailed you guys explaining what had happened and asked for a refund. I received nothing back except a cancelation of a subsequent order that I placed for twilight before I realized what was wrong with your so-called bounty hunter which the juice was clearly not. I did mention in the e-mail that you might have sold me a poison and yes I mean that sincerely...a borderline poison.

I thought I would start a thread on this matter and all that happened was members accusing me of lying. I may be many thing, but a liar I am not. I not only want a refund, I demand one. For people to to accuse me of looking to rip you off for 45 dollars has made me sick and I refuse to post any more threads and give people the opportunity to rattle me into saying something to get me kicked off this forum.

I deserve a refund just for the mere fact that the juice was not the juice I paid for. All I got was a juice that tasted like pg/vg with nic. Based on the fact that your company has the worst inventory control in Vapeland, someone must have rushed this order and made a mistake.

I refuse to let this go. I want a refund. I kept 15ml of the juice and when I have the money, I will have it tested. You could take this to the bank. If there is something wrong with this juice, I will sue you. You did not even have the decency to apologize for sending me this juice.

One last thing. Before you start taliking about that I mentioned that Vermillion's Kentucky Premium Blend was also a juice that I mentioned made me cough. That was only because I topped off some of your juice with theirs. I apologize to Vermillion for that. I will not apologize to NLV. I refuse to let this go. I want my refund.

    Post For the Record:

You wanted to order a 30ml bottle of Bounty Hunter, but the only option available at the time was for the Mini Jugs. You didn’t want a Mini Jug as you mentioned in one of your other threads… but you pulled the trigger anyway and purchased one.

Our MISTAKE was sending a FREE bottle of our Twilite e-liquid along with your Mini Jug purchase. You soon found out that you liked the Twilte much better and began regretting your purchase of the Bounty Hunter. Our return policy is as standard and familiar as any other vendor, clearly posted on our website. Yes we know that it does not mean anything to you, but it is there for a reason. E-liquids are “not” returnable or refundable due to hygienic considerations and are deemed perishables.

You began your rant here on ECF at the same time you emailed us on a weekend; NINE days after your package had been delivered, so we hadn’t even had a chance to review your email before you started the following thread: NLV, There is something seriously wrong with this juice? Members can easily click on your profile and find all of your threads and posts, so I won’t bother quoting you here.

** What is really absurd is that while you are busy vaping our Bounty Hunter e-liquid SIX DAYS after it was delivered and was supposedly affecting your health… You Place Another Order With Us ????? ReallyFrank? For Twilite? The free e-liquid we gave you.

You were “shocked” when we cancelled your order for Twilite due to the medical issues you said you were/are having. And why would you order “more e-liquid from us” if you were so completely sure that we sent you borderline poison? It is truly hard to understand any logic behind any of this.

Why would you vape anything for a week if it were causing you to cough your head off? (the very same thing you said about another vendor’s e-liquid) That would certainly lead most people to believe that you are/were having a reaction to either PG or VG which would be the only common denominator between all the e-liquids that make you cough. I realize that you are not interested in hearing it all over again after so many members here have tried to explain it to you throughout your other threads.

** NLV does not mix e-liquids per customer order as other vendors do. We are supplied in bulk as was pointed out to you. That means if you were to receive a bad e-liquid, then we would have had literally hundreds of complaints by now, which just is not the case. Many NLV customers have tried telling you that they have the very same BH Mini Jug, from the very same batch as you and there is nothing wrong with theirs. How can that be Frank?

The issue with testing your e-liquid or “any” e-liquid that has already left our facilities or anyone else’s point of shipping for that matter, would be null and void since you have opened the container, made transfers to other bottles, using whatever method, and under conditions that were not monitored by professionals. The possibilities of contaminates at this point are without a doubt substantial and would render any results inconclusive. In layman’s terms: He said, She said.

I’m sorry that you like Twilite more than Bounty Hunter, taste IS subjective. But we do believe that your evoked coughing is either a temporary medical problem or a reoccurring one. We are not physicians, so we suggest you visit yours. We cover a lot of these details in our GTC on our website (general terms and conditions), please read it.

I am just going to first tell you that you never gave me a free twilight with the mini-jug. You did give me free 10ml samples with previous orders. To imply I liked the twilight more than the bounty hunter and therefore did this is absurd and you should check what you sent to me when you sent it. I only ordered the twilight because You did not have the lighthouse.

BTW, I do not think the twilight is that good so do not be assuming your entire point and also, I ordered the twilight before I realized it was your juice that was making me sick. This is another untrue assumption you made. I also do not care what other members think.

I know only what happened to me and that is the only thing that I know is true. Man up and give me my refund. Stand behind your liquid...you gave me a bad liquid...that's it period!!!!!!!!!!

I think your entire statement is absurd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One last thing...you gave me a free 10ml nlv gold with my first purchase of bounty hunter. Then you gave me a free 10ml bottle of lighthouse with my 30 ml purchase of twilight. You gave me nothing with the mini jug.

Check what you sent me when you sent it. Based on your inventory control, I doubt you know but do not just get on a keyboard and straight up lie because that is just what you did.

I just went back and looked at my purchases of your juices on my credit cards. On

    1. April 6...purchased 30 ml of Bounty Hunter...freebie 10ml of nlv gold
    2. April 18...purchased 30ml of twilight...freebie 10ml lighthouse.
    3. may 4...purchased 130ml mini jug of Bounty Hunter...freebie...NONE.

These transactions prove that your statement above is nothing more than a fabrication...I want all members to see this post. I am calling you a straight up LIAR! I am not implying this...I am stating this as a matter of fact....YOU ARE A STRAIGHT UP LIAR!

This post should not be locked. HERE I STAND NLV....YOU ARE A LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to clear up some of what I previously stated. I should not have yelled and scream, but when my honor is questioned, I react with anger. My honor is all that I have left in my life and I will defend it at all cost. NlV stated in their post that because I received the twilight freebie with the mini jug(which i did not) I decided to scam then because I liked the twilight.

This is a total fabrication of the truth. My purchase order of TWILIGHT 2 weeks before the mini jug proves I am right and that NLV did not speak the truth. All they have to do is check my orders and the truth will be right there. They know and I know and if you read this post carefully, you will know it. If I offended anyone with my tirade, I am sorry...but like I said I have to defend my honor...this is not about 45 dollars...this is about a vendor who came right out and exposed themselves with their little twilight story.

" What we do in life, echoes in eternity" My honor will always live on, NLV's honor died in this post.

Closing this thread since it is clear that their will be no satisfactory resolution in this thread.

@frankster - perhaps your overly aggressive and antagonistic posting style prejudiced the outcome of this dispute. I've found that calm statements of what happened without over dramatizing or jumping to conclusions almost always gets a better response.
