I know many people including me have gotten good service from them
But it seems things have changed there
Long story short , I got a ego battery that was doa, sent it back,they received it
I am now on correspondence # 61 back and forth trying to get a refund or credit
Luckily I used pay pal and they will help
Now they are mad and are saying that if I cancel the paypal dispute first then they will give me back my $16. No way will I do that
