I placed an order for ego style batteries & a couple tanks back in Nov. 2013, total came to about $30 -- after a month with nothing I contacted the vendor. They told me because they are batteries they were seized at customs and I would not be getting my package. They explained this will happen from now on with batteries coming into the US (yet why is there no note of this anywhere on the site?!). They offered a refund in the form of store credit, which was useless to me as I would not be buying from them again after this -- and even that was NEVER received. I was never refunded and for $30 I didn't even want to deal with the hassle (they ignored my follow up email). AVOID!
