Two of three items arrived on March 06,2014, I was missing an Inline voltage meter. Submitted message through their Fatdaddy website's web form right away about the missing item. On March 07, received "shipment notification" from Paypal about this order. I thought, cool..they are going to ship it to me. Waited 4 days, no movement on item. Contacted vendor, no response and finally contacted Paypal, and started a dispute. Paypal contacted me through e-mail and stated that item was delivered and closed the dispute and Fattydaddy said all items were delivered
. At this point, I was kinda upset. I had to called Paypal and explain to them the situation about two tracking #s and missing item. Paypal agreed to re-open the dispute when they saw the second tracking #.
Honestly, I had mostly positive experiences this company, so it could be since they grown bigger with their vapping doughnuts , ebay store, etc and gotten popular, things could have gone hay wire. I accept in E-cig
world, things don't work but missing an item and saying it's delivered even after they printed a second shipping label/# for the same paypal transaction, really? I see on E-bay that the item is for sale and I wish I bought from E-bay, at least negative response would get more attention. I 've been with Paypal since almost the beginning, and this is my only second resolution claim.
