Placed my order on 03.08/2014. Allowed time quoted on home page. Contacted 3/15, 3/18 and by phone & email on 3/20/2014. My emails requested a shipping date or refund. No response whatsoever. Supposed third party information on several ECF threads, but no info from anyone connected to the company itself. I hate to think the worst of but at this point it looks like they took my money and ran.
