    Not to sound like a tot xxxx or anything but if you paid for express and you got less I would be raising a holy hell and getting a refund.

    You have some close decent suppliers in your neck of the woods and would be looking to them for orders in the future.

    First, I'm glad the OP recieved some juice in time to avoid falling off the wagon.

    Secondly, and just as importantly IMO, is that there is a lot of (negative) issues in this thread that any future buyers should take a good, long look at.

    Happened to me too. Order got sent to the wrong state and I bought some smokes.
    Real shame too, but I've been having a constant fight with my 510. All 18 atomizers are dying a quick death and the real deal almost tastes better than this burned crap.

    the 510 has been hit or miss with me I switched to cartos and or 801.

    I ordered 6 of the 510 L2's (I thought they were just a newer version of the original 510's). Hubby and I both opened one to use, and I put the other boxes away as spares.

    I had the battery problem. I didn't even realize the atomizer hadn't shut off. Luckily, I had placed the 510 into a glass. Eventually I saw smoke and was able to shut it off. But I felt uncomfortable about having 6 ecig kits with that kind of defect.

    I contacted the company by email, and asked for a refund. Jane immediately agreed and mailed me a prepaid Priority shipping box to mail them all back. I popped them into the mail last Monday and am awaiting my refund.

    I would say my experience with their customer service has been good. Once I get my refund, I will say excellent.
