I have been surfing the supplier sites, desperately looking for one supplier who carries both the flavors i am in the mood for right now. Havent found it yet, but as I was looking at all the sites, I came to the realization that the REASON I keep going back to certain companies is SIMPLE-comfort level and personalized customer service and a "human element". For instance, FSUSA (Freedomsmokeusa) has a very personalized approach-their website tells you WHO they are, their Facebook has pics of the owners and employees, i know their names, they sign my invoices, they "communicate" openly with customers via ECF and Facebook and respond to emails. I feel COMFORTABLE with them. Matter of fact, EVEN if i found a place that had "slightly" better flavor ejuices, I would choose FSUSA over the other supplier, because of this. I guess it comes down to "trust".
I have noticed that many suppliers websites have NO information about "WHO WE ARE", or "WHERE WE ARE" or "HOW TO CONTACT US" (and im not talking about just a box within the website to send a message-im talkin about phone numbers, emails, physical addresses etc!)
I would also like to add BACKWOODS BREW to my list of TOP customer friendly suppliers.
Many suppliers really need to FOLLOW what these two companies are doing, to stay ahead of the game. Because this industry is growing, and if you don't, you will fall behind.
That being said, if my favorite suppliers would just have BOTH bananas foster and honeydew melon as ejuice flavors on the menu, you would really make my day!!!
