I ordered with them and it took about 10 days via air mail to Florida. Everything was perfect in the order. You can't beat the prices anywhere on kits and replacement parts or juice for that matter.

I ordered my stuff Friday night and it was here (MN) on Wednesday. WOW! And that's over the 4th of july weekend.
I now have a bunch of blank carts, 3 more flavors of juice, a spare att, and am ready to smoke!
I'm slowly getting the hang of this!

Picked up my order today from the post office and everything was intact. There was no tampering. I can't believe it sat in customs for 5 days. It was so small it probably got misplaced

Hi Sar - I don't think Wayne at Ruyan is flogging off anything he KNOWS is a problem particularly. I'm sure every factory out there producing these things throws out a bad batch every now and then for one reason or another and it's probably not the first time he has run into this kind of thing. Or maybe he thought I was just a complete idiot and didn't know what I was doing with them. When he got them back, he said that they had tested them all and all but one atomizer (which was dead) were working okay. I don't know ... maybe it was just me. But the main point is that, when he knew I was having problems, he didn't question it at all. In fact, he credited my account right away even though it will be a couple of weeks before he actually gets the battery charger and cartridges back. And he shipped my 510 kits immediately. Can't ask for better customer service than that in my books! Can hardly wait now until I get my notice in the mail that it is in. Just checked Canada Post and it is in Vancouver Customs right now. Got there yesterday so will be keeping my eye on that to see when it is released. Last time I ordered, it took no time at all. In my eyes, he is still a great supplier. No hassles AT ALL with returning my goodies or making me a very happy camper by crediting my account and shipping my new order immediatly.

That is good to know. I have ordered many times from Ruyan and never had any problems, so even though I always heard great things about the customer service I never had a reason to test it. They still have the best prices around, especially for repeat customers.

He explained that, even if he were to replace everything brand new again, these particular atomizers from the factory have a bad reputation for leaking and he felt I might land up being disappointed with the quality again. Maybe not but it could be a crap shoot as to whether I got good attys or not. Suggested I purchase the 510 instead, which has a good reputation and so I did.
Wow, the DSE 801's are crap???!!!
I am literally at my wits end as to what model to buy. I too have the M401 and am seriously not impressed with them. I was hoping to get a large cart and long batt so after reading all the posts, the pen style 801 seemed the way to go.
From what I read and discussed with some suppliers, the 510 carts are tiny. Now, whether they are smaller than the M410 Ultra, no one has been able to confirm. The Ultra is the newer model with the 3 winged tiny cart. When your 510 comes in, pls let me know if the cart is smaller than the 401 Ultra cart.
Mod posters use the 801 & 901 carts on their new creations....& I have not read about the leaking?
I just don't know what to order now. I don't want the 501's, not only because of the tiny carts, but the batt life is so pathetic. This model for me, and my business associates is just way to high in maintenance.
We just don't have the time to fiddle around so much, that is why I was looking at the 801. The 901 has tiny carts as well. The pre-filled that I got with my kit, looked like the juice evaporated. Even with my 2nd order of pre fills, so I now prefer to fill my own. But still, the tiny carts and short batt life just won't do for us.
For Wayne to tell you all this re: the 801, I should believe it, as he works for the company. But can all the other vapers who love the model be wrong.....or did they order from a different supplier?
Will someone please help me with this dilemma. I am sitting here shaking my head.....these things are getting smaller and smaller, high and higher in maintenance......and for what reason?
No wonder people are turning to the Joystik, Zi Moshi, Screwdriver & Prodigy. But then again, they are using the 801 & 901 carts & attys. So how correct was Wayne in knocking the 801?
Also, why is Ryan Direct asking that we spend more monies shipping back defective products? Surely they realize that their mass production is far from perfect!
BestCig does not make that demand, in order to replace defective parts. For this reason alone, I will not order from Ryan. Throwing good money after bad just does not make sense to me.

The DSE801's from Wayne have all the "SLB" markings on the contacts which mean they are from Saillebao the DSE manufacturers.
I've got quite a few of them, but I'm not 100% happy with them. Specifically the newer high bridge versions just don't seem to wick juice from the cartridges very well. I often find I have to take out the cartridge and move about the filling to get it wicking properly. This is often just a few drags after topping up a cartridge. Once the atomiser is well "juiced" they are very good though. I don't have the same issue with RN4072 or Joye 304 atomisers (or with the older "low bridge" 801's I've had).

Thank you so much for your prompt reply. I have to place and order & I truly am stuck on what model to buy now.
I too have the same wicking problem with my M401...right after filling, sometimes it works others time not.
1) Is the BestCig pen-style model BE112 the 801 under a different name?
2) Would their atty bridge be higher or lower?
3) The RN4072 or Joye 304, are there carts big or small. What is the batt life like compared to the 801?
4) IF the 801's are such a pain in the a*s, then why on God's Green Earth don't the manufacturer's fix it?

I wish to Thank Everyone for their Sharing Spirit!
