Woooohooooo...my new 510kit and new PCC arrived today! I placed my order on Sat., Jun 18...knowing it wouldn't be handled until Monday (thank goodness for the 12-hour difference). I ordered it EMS...it shipped on Monday and arrived a little after noon today.
Now...just to wait for the charging time.

I just got order from Ruyandirect. Penstyle atomizer just died. Only 4 days old. I am wondering how much it will cost to mail it back to them? Thanks in advance.

I'm about to place an order and need to know if you must go to the post office to pick and/or sign for your package.
My post office is a pain to get to with my hours and of course they're the rudest people.
I would just prefer the deliver it to my house, where my mailbox is located.

No tips on ordering from them. The website is easy to navigate, and you can pick up the waybill number (by going to your Account page) once the package has posted in China. I was home when my mail lady came by...I had to sign for it.
I really like the 510...having finally adjusted to having to press the button. There's a part of me that still wants "as close to the real thing" feeling so I switch back and forth between the 510 and the SmokeStik. The vapor and hit is better on the 510. Oh, and the blue PCC is someone else said, purple (not blue).
Hope this helps.

So far the orders seem to be getting through. I just received a package from Ruyan. It took about 10 days to get here, but I used the cheap airmail delivery. Mix of atomizers and liquid, all arrived safely.

Received 20 atomizers yesterday. Took normal amount of time, about 2 weeks.

I've had a 510 from them for a little over a month and a PCC for a couple of weeks. No problems with either. I'm well satisfied.

I think you're out of luck unless you happen to be home when the mail is delivered. Both EMS and airmail options require a signature and about half the time I have to go to the post office to get the package. My mailman comes to the door and rings the bell, but doesn't stay there very long.
