I think my e-cig order must be stuck in customs or something, USPS says my order left Shanghai on the 24th, and that's the last update there was on it. On the other hand the other ruyandirect.com order I placed (one order right after the other to different addresses) made it to my sister in Alaska days ago .

Although it could just be that I was cheap with mine and shipped airmail, while hers was EMS.

If you shipped airmail, that's the last you'll hear of it until it gets to your door. The tracking isn't updated like it is for EMS. It'll probably take about a week longer, too.

Can someone post recent Canadian shipping times, if there are any?

Order placed on 2009-07-11, received on 2009-07-27. The package was sitting for couple of days in Vancouver for "Customs review" (according to Canada Post website) but I got it unopened. The description on it was "Gift Box" or something like that. No problem with customs, no additional charges.

Got the above item today!!! Incredible shipping time. I didn't think it would come till later in the week! I will continue to order from them using EMS.

I should have gone with EMS. I went with registered airmail for 3 bucks and the wait is killing me.

I placed my order on July 23rd and still nothing. I emailed Wayne and he told me my kits shipped out on the 25th, but it could be anywhere between 10-25 business days with the airmail option.

To be honest, as nice of a guy Wayne is and as cheap as their prices are, I'll probably go through a US supplier in the future. There's one website just a couple states away that offers free shipping and I've been told it's super quick. And if I do the math on it, most of their stuff comes out to around the same price as Ruyandirect (if you factor in the free shipping), and no worries about customs and no long waits.

I'm only order from Ruyandirect cause I have very good experience with them, they have better selections and price of what I need, the shipping is cheap too, I only use M401 and 510, so I can buy everything from them, and Shen will fix any problem with respect, that's what I like most. I also send all my friends and co-worker to them because of their customer friendly, I make an e-cig information list of what will needed for starter and where to buy, whenever somebody ask me I just send 1 to them, I send all of them to ruyandirect and this forum first. I hope more people will buy from them so they can keep the business and I can keep getting benefit also (cheap price), this is a win win
