    One of my batteries has started not to hold a charge (good job I got some spares) I rang them up and I must say they were very polite and willing to help. I explained the problem and told them that I had the charger checked thats ok.
    Then they said send the batteries back and we will check them out and send replacements.
    So if I send them off what am I supposed to use.The phone line went quiet.
    I said I was getting another kit mid week and when it arrived I would send it off.
    I suppose they do have a twelve month warranty on all there stuff.
    Its such a shame that we can not go down to the local shop and buy these things.
    Makes me want to forget the idea and go back to the normal fags
    Its such a good job I got some spares imagine a newbie with a kit and no spares.
    It does my head in.
    I feel a bit better now I got that off my chest

    The better suppliers won't leave you hanging in the breeze like that, ice, but it's common. It's why everyone keeps banging on about getting spares. What I say in these situations is 'I'm not going to bear the cost of posting back your crap product, sent me a prepaid envelope with my replacement and I'll return your duff part.' Doesn't always work though...

    Two new batteries on the way.
    I now have my faith restored in gamucci.

    The batteries arrived this morning and they seem a lot better than the original ones and they don't even want the old ones back.
    Now that's what I call good service.
