Kudos to Smokejuice (UK supplier)

I thought I'd take a moment to give thumbs-up to Smokejuice in the UK, one of the few suppliers without a dedicated sub-forum.

I've placed 2 orders with SJ, and both went great. The first was for a minipipe (aka Lady pipe). It developed a fault within a few days, and if memory serves SJ were kind enough to send a replacement before they'd received the faulty one in return.
The second was for a Janty Stick, and that too developed some kind of electrical fault within 24 hours. SJ had a replacement in the post within 24hours of receiving the faulty stick.

In both cases the original shipment was pretty much instantaneous, and there was brisk & friendly correspondence both in answering my questions before ordering and after when arranging for the returns.

The replacements have been faultless since they arrived and SJ has been brilliant from prologue to epilogue. Definitely recommended.

Personally I don't think the smokejuice website looks very 'professional' but without doubt Tim's service is brilliant and cannot be faulted.

Yep, had no problems with Smokejuice - I've always had fast courteous service from them.
