Astounding service from Cignot (US ECOpure supplier)

I ordered a super cheap 510 kit and a sampler of ECOPure 5ml bottles yesterday. First of all the 510 kit was $35, and while it didn't come boxed, it was otherwise identical to the small box 510 kit that I got from RuyanDirect a month ago. That's pretty cool.

Second, I got my order in under 24 hours with standard shipping. They're a local company, but even so it's a more than pleasant surprise to see the product arrive so soon.

Finally - I wrote back to say thanks, and to comment that I was annoyed at myself for missing the note that says: free shipping over $60 when my order was $55. Maybe the site could be slightly clearer - you know?

In approximately the time it takes to throw a couple of bottles in a shipper and drive to my office, there was a hand delivered package with an extra sampler bottle of ECOpure and a misc PG sampler bottle.

The site looks good, and was not difficult to use, and the service is amazing.

I agree, the gals at Cignot are great. THE place in the US for Ecopure and Intellicig products. The no box 510 deal is awesome, it beats buyin from China.

They are amazingly fast. They also have a lot of different 5ml sized VG flavor samplers, very tasty

Pretty sure they expect to have the 510 kits in this week, now that the Chinese holiday is past. They provide a superior service with about as low-key a web presence as you can get. That's one of the more no-frills web sites around.

Bottom line with them: they sell good products at good prices and they make sure you don't wait a minute longer than the minimum to get your order. Kind of a shame they didn't get in before the supplier list was closed.

I have to agree w/ the OP. This site was great about answering my newb questions and even threw in a couple of samples to get me started. It took about four days to reach me(NY). They answered several e-mails patiently as well (I had many questions..THANKS Terri).

It was my ONLY e-cig experience, but a great one as far as I'm concerned. highly recommended.

I agree wholeheartedly with you guys. I've gotten two orders from them, and they are prompt with shipping and have great tasting VG tobacco flavors.

Krystal for cutting and kick is nice, handed all the cards out they tossed in and twisting some arms of the girlie man purse crowd at work to actually order.
