I recently got a BE112 kit with a spare set of atomizers, an extra battery, and two passthroughs. The passthroughs work fine but all three batteries are awful. They turn on in my pocket even when the ecig is the only thing in there - no keys or change to jangle it - and it must turn on in the car even when it is parked (I leave the windows cracked and it's been windy lately) since I leave an ecig in there and the battery's dead when I get back. I really like the easy draw of the BE112 compared to my M-201, but this makes the BE112 practically worthless unless I am sitting at my computer.
From other threads it appears that even though the parts are interchangeable between the 801 and BE112, the 801 from Eastpark comes with a mechanical battery and does not have this problem. Is that true?
I am about to advise a merchant (who is going to start stocking ecigs and make a wholesale order) on which online vendor to order from and had it narrowed down to bestecig and eastpark. It can't be bestecig due to this problem which appears to affect their entire line of batteries. Are eastpark's batteries mechanical?
Spradling, didn't you recently have the same choice - ordering wholesale from eastpark vs bestecig. Which did you choose?

Looking for vendors who sell Mechanical 801/4072/Penstyle Batteries
That thread should help you find mechanical 801 batteries.

Finally got my stuff today. Opened up the ball of bubble wraps, and extracted all the goods. All the 901 batterys were nearly fully charged even though Im going to leave them trickle charging for an additional 8 hours. Everything works great I am quite satisfied.

well,
based on your reports and recommendations, I decided to give BestEcig.com a try.
I ordered the 901, some 5 packs of cartdriges of different flavors (bottled juice is some of a problem here in Brazil, the shipment of juice I ordered from JC is stuck in the health department since may 21st, I have reports of others which has their shipment stuck in the same place since Apr 29th) and let's see how it goes.
They are fast, indeed, I ordered yesterday afternoon and today's morning they already confirmed the shhipping and sent me the EMS tracking code.
let's see how long does it take to get to Brazil and if Brazilian customs will pose a problem.
can anyone confirm Beci's claim of not having custom problems or refunding?

^seems to come through US customs without problem.
Oh on a side note. The 901 batterys I recieved work great they arent super sensitive like stated in other reviews. I am able to keep the whole ecig in my pocket infront of bass without it going off. 2nd day using it now, no problems so far.

my 810 batts are very sensitive and I had an unfortunate incident with a hot atti a pocket and a nipple. the attys are great. the carts are plentiful and cheep however they don't come with caps.
Would not hesitate to order from them again but probably not batts

I have read with great interest all of the raves regarding Bestecig. While I totally agree that the shipping is VERY fast, it's the quality of the product (pen-style battery) and total lack of customer service that I have a major problem with. I purchased several atomizers and a battery from them in mid May and while the atomizers seem okay, the battery was dead after one charge (no, I don't drip). I have sent repeated emails to these people but have not received a response in 2 weeks so my advice to anyone is BEWARE. They sell JUNK.
Purchase from a reputable U.S. company that stand by the products that they sell (there are some very good sellers here).
