I've had great experiences with Beci too. I ordered several items a few weeks ago and got them in 6 days including the holiday weekend. I did have an atomizer fail within three days. I emailed, got a quick and courteous response, and he's shipping a replacement with my 2nd order that just cleared customs today. great communication, fast shipping, and a good product will keep me coming back for more!

Well, I've just got my 901 from Beci.

It took 11 days to come from China to the local PO. Rather quick, indeed.

Unfortunately I had to pay custom duties. However, I will not ask refund from Beci, since I was probably caught by customs because I import things a lot through mail, and anything else I imported would surpass my monthly limit. it's probably my own fault.

I'm quite impressed with the product quality. EXCELENT packaging (the charger and cable in separate boxes inside the kit box gave me an excellent impression), EXCELLENT manual (with color pics), great build quality. All cartdriges come with rubber cap and plastic cap, and with a rather good amount of juice, great vape.

The BE901 gives good vapor, constant (doesn't diminish from continuous vaping like the Health brand), easy drag (easier than dripping on the Health). So far I have nothing to complain about the batteries (I haven't noticed them starting up without dragging). Menthol flavor is nice, but Marlboro (with a tip of mint that stayed on the atty after trying Menthol ) gives quite a nice throat hit (not harsh, but adequate) and lots of smoke.

I didn't like the silver carrying case I ordered. It is practical and great for carrying, but I thought it was plain, however it came with a butterfly pattern, it would be great for my wife but not for me lol.

I'm quite pleased with the service. Let's see how long these lasts (since my Health which is crappy is lasting nearly two months, I believe this 901 will last longer). I plan to order a passthrough and more pre-filled carts soon, along with some backup attys.

Just wanted to tell you that sometimes the passthrough of 901, if its not a manual switch one, can give problems. Dont mean to scare you, but have a look at some of the threads discussing this issue.

Just giving my 2cents. Ordered my first e cig (901) from Beci and was really impressed by the customer service. It arrived very quickly and everything seems to be working great so far. I found this thread really helpful. Thanks everyone. Happy vaping.

My order arrived today, placed the order 10 days ago. Got freaked-out when I tracked it and it said 'Handed to customs'.
Sent an email to Beci to ask whether they'd resend the order, but they replied promptly and truthfully that it was normal and it took 2-3 days to clear.
Totally impressed with the 901, the 401 not-so but I'm guessing that's just due to that model's limitations. All the batteries and atomizers work, one atomizer works better than the rest, but I'm just hoping I need to bed them in. I'm new to this vaping thing, but just glad that the order arrived at all!
No problems with these guys and great customer service.

I cannot fault bestecig.com at all. Wow fast shipping or what !! I ordered my second lot on Wednesday last week and it arrived today. I am using the passthru and it is great I also ordered 5 batts and 5 atts for my BE112. I did order more juice, healthcare and flue-cure but yet to try them. What do they taste like? I got them because I see a lot of people talking about them.

My bud here at work just got another shipment from Bestecig. Everything was just as ordered. He even sent my 4 replacement batteries for me to replace the ones that my bud had mentioned had gone bad. Excellent service.
And to top it off, 10 minutes after my bud placed the order with Bestecig he ordered some liquid from Johnson Creek. Yesterday, as the order from China arrived, the Johnson Creek order finally shipped.

is on its way..THANKS SUN. I received shipping notification 2 hours after placing the order. His emails and communicatiion were awesome and he responded so quickly I thought i was in an IM chat So when I get the shipment I will report back. Yet so far its been as good as the best i have dealt with stateside(Puresmoker) and that says alot considering Steve's legacy on this forum and in his business.
