China supplier Bestecig.com experience

I have placed 5 orders with bestecig.com for parts and liquid. The shipping is FAST 5-7 business days and I have been really happy with the buying experience. My orders have been filled by both Beci and Liu and they both do a great job. The "ball" of bubble wrap is fun to cut through too! Ha Ha!

I ordered from them a few hours ago and have not received any order confirmation email except payment confirmation from Paypal. Is this normal?

Just got my next shipment in from Bestegic (so much for the FDA ). Two bottles of juice (35 ml cherry and flue cured tobacco) and a couple of atomizers (the one I had for the BE103 kit came in DOA and they honored it's replacement). FAST shipping and not even stopped in customs once. I guess the FDA got wind of the pissed off cowboy in the funny hat and decided not to mess with me.

Only problem with my order was when I started to vape the flue cured tobacco, while it is one of the best flavors I have tried to date, I noticed that I was not vaping as much as I used to. Strange, I thought, until I noticed on the bottle that they shipped. Instead of the 24 mg nicotine, they shipped the super high 36 mg nicotine by mistake.

Which is fine with me as I'll just get a bottle of the flavorless to cut it with, but vaping it straight, man, does it fix the need for nicotine fast. LOL

I do know one thing, these two bottles will last me a long, long time.

Yeah, that's normal, especially what time a day you ordered. They do ship quickly and I've been getting my orders within about 4 days.

People--seems to be 5 days is the norm for now door to door pretty much. My last 2 orders this month never showed any tracking though Customs (although IT DID GO though Customs--just never showed---only stated In Sorting Center). Some people think the shipping is a little high but when you take into account the price of what you are buying and the fact that it is overnight mail once it leaves Customs----it is a fair shake IMO. I am done ordering as I am stockpiled now. But I may get the urge--LOL

I'm waiting for my 3rd order now
The 1st and 2nd orders got to Cleveland in 4/5 days.

Only problem so far was one cart was upsidedown in the mouthpiece , I'm glad I checked before I stuck it on the atty. I bet that would have tasted great!!!!

It does not surprise me that the Chinese companies actually have excellent customer service. They are at a disadvantage in the market since many Americans and others around the world are worried that the shipping will be too much, it will take too long to get, the product will break, it will not work in the first place, etc, etc.

They know they have to work hard to get and keep business. Many Chinese products are great, but you would never know it watching the news.

Well that and they're paying their employees like 30 cents an hour. I know scores of people who could make you very happy if they had that kind of cost savings on capital.

Couple of 901's to play with. Big ball of bubblewrap delivered to my workplace.

Great service, will order again from them. Need to find out how good their 112's are next......
