China supplier Bestecig.com experience

Hey all, still new enough to posting I can't create my own thread, but wanted to bump this one for bestecig.com

Placed my order last Friday 10-9-09 and received it today 10-16-09. I was pretty nervous ordering from a Chinese supplier and when their shipping methods tracking (EMS) wasn't showing the kind of updates I expected from them (my only experience being FedEx tracking) i was getting really nervous since they didn't have an update since Monday of this week.

Overall though, bestecig.com was awesome with replying to my emails and so far all the batteries and atomizers I ordered have worked like a charm, in addition to the different juice flavors I ordered being very tasty. I'll never think of menthol the same way again lol.

I am really happy with bestecig.com as a supplier and would recommend them to anyone

I have placed 4 orders with Becci over the past 3 months. LOTS of eliquid, atomizers, and accessories. His customer service is EXCEPTIONAL, shipping is fast and I have not had a problem with his atomizers....love them. I have placed about 7 orders with puresmoker in the US and their prices are awesome, products awesome customer service awesome. I have ordered from about 7 other companies US and china and I settled with these two companys. Because they are IMO the best overall I have found and I want to support the US as well as get a good deal.

OH Best ecig also has a listing of all of their ingrediants on their website for their e liquid which I like. It does have a slight yellow color on even the flavorless, but I think that is from the oxidation of nicotine. I order the 36mg flavorless now and you can smell the nicotine from the tobacco in it. But I have to admit Puresmokers Riskee juice is my favorite flavored juice --tasty, someone said that it is RY4 just relabeled....is that true?

Indeed, Bestecig is top notch in shipping and support. The nice thing also is that they honor their warrentee without having to deal with the hassle of shipping the defective part back. I received a dead atty when I bought my 103 passthrough kit and I emailed them about it. They gave me the option of shipping a new one now, or waiting until my next order. I opted to wait until the next order. I ordered, mentioned my atty in the shipping notes, and viola, a working atty was in the order along with the rest of the stuff. No fuss, no muss.

Bestecig is a very unique company. They make their own unique juice (very clean taste) and e-cigs (their own interpretations). I know what you mean about their menthol. It's what really sold me on the e-cig experience. If you ever pick up a real cigarette again you'll wonder where the flavor when. And the taste. And the enjoyment...

These days there are too many companies out there. It's great if you find one you like. I've found like five, so you won't hear me complain. On a whole it's a pretty good industry. Only one not so great experience, but we're a loyal bunch to the companies that treat us right.

P.S. You have to try their Cola. Seriously...
P.P.S. And I hate their 10ml bottles. Love that you can sample on the cheap, just hate the bottles themselves.

Are there any U.S. sites selling e-cig supplies at a decent price? The shipping from China makes their low prices now so low in the end.

Dont know why anyone would deal with the hassle of ordering from china and the chance your goods will be seized when you can find suppliers here at home with better prices even. Unless you can buy a large quantity and strike up a special deal with the chinese manufacturers I just dont see their prices being all that great. a 510 with 1 atomizer 2 batteries for 33 bucks?
You can find deals with 2 atomizers and some eliquid shipped for that or less even. Plus their eliquid comes out to aorund 39cents a ml, you can find builk deals around for 30c per ml and get it from the USA and not have to worry about seizure.

Well, therein lyes the question. Again, WHO in the U.S. sells e-cig accessories at "better prices" as you stated than the China suppliers? I've googled and checked out a lot of websites. I have not found any U.S. supplier whose prices even match the China suppliers. So if you kinow of any, please share. (Example: 10 blank carts for $1.80 in China)

In addition, everything I have ordered has come from a couple sites in China, e-cigmart and now healthcabin. I haven't had any problem with the products and they ship quickly after receiving the order. The only thing I don't like is the cost of shipping. But, as I mentioned previously, even with their high cost to ship, the total cost beats anythinng I can order from a U.S. site. Would love to buy U.S. if you can show me even one that equals the China prices.

Also I should mention that the supplies I buy are for the 901, and sometimes the 510. Plus I generally buy starter kits for only $29 rather than buying individual parts. The main thing I reorder, however, is blank cartridges. My son makes the juice very inexpensively & it tastes great. (He did alot of research.) I have enough juice to last me 6 months, and then I'm going to start making it myself (got his formula).

Another thought: You know that all the e-cigs sold in the U.S. are made in China. I'm saving $ by cutting out the middleman. I wish someone could manufacture them here - that could help cut the cost of buying U.S. (Except U.S. businessmen unfortunately seem to have more greed and they would likely still not adjust their pricing....)

- I prefer Registered China Post Airmail Parcel, takes only 2-3 days longer than EMS to DE according to UNEX statistics (9 days) and is much cheaper, and the local EMS subsidary here charges high extra customs process fees surprisingly. None of >10 parcels got lost so far.

- Confirm, but one of DSE103 usb batteries died after 2 days, but warranty process is superior, they send replacement without having got the broken battery back yet

Will choose them as new favourite seller.
