Wanted to just bump this up there, my last order from Beci at bestecig.com was placed on Thursday and delivered the following Tuesday to Michigan, US. I'm still trying to figure out how they manage to get stuff to me so fast lol
I have only ordered from a handful of suppliers but I will absolutely recommend bestecig.com to anyone. The customer service is top notch, the products are great, I couldn't ask for anything more from them.

I am very happy with my bestecig stuff. I made a HUGE order and shipping was unbelievably friendly for about 12 kits, countless liquids and several cases. The only problem I've had is quick-dying attys, but the original atty I bought locally only lasted a week so I don't particularly blame bestecig.
I ordered on a Chinese holiday which delayed my order by maybe a day. beci emailed me and told me to pick 10 free 10ml smoke juices! Of course i had to see what in the hell red tea was. It tastes like... sweet tea! I'm from Alabama, but I don't think I like it hehe.
The smoke juice is very nice and i love the flavors. Strangely vanilla reminds me of smoking a swisher sweet cigar. I texted my dad earlier and told him to give it a try because that is what he is trying to quit.
Their super-high 36mg juice keeps me from craving analogs at all. Sometimes I think I want one, but I try one and nearly gag now. It's nice to "quit" without withdrawals.
Next time i will order a bunch of atomizers and a bunch of the flavored juice and most likely some blanks. Smoking 2 flavors at once irks me as i find that the chocolate, vanilla and coffee are rather gourmet.
So... the end of it is... I like these guys =P

I cant speak about there hardware, but have ordered liquid from bestecig several times, the orders are shipped promptly and the liquid is very good quality and packaged well. Only problem Ive ever had is US customs holding up orders that would normally take five days. They tend to hold them about a week sometimes. They usually send a freebee or two too, often sample flavored liquids.

I'd like to amend something to my review. I spoke with beci about the dying atomizers. I explained that I do plan to order again, but not nearly as soon as I need these replacement attys as I'd just made a massive order. He apologized for my trouble and is air-mailing my replacement attys to me. Air mail takes a bit longer than EMS but WOW how many companies do you know that would replace your parts like that without question. They obviously appreciate customers that spend a lot of money!
I am absolutely comfortable buying from them in bulk and I think I found a winner early on as far as suppliers go.

I can't say enough about bestecig.com. Great prices, great service, and they stand by their product if you have a problem. I have gotten both hardware and 500ml unflavored e-juice from them. Beci's service is fantastic. I recomend them highly. Although, order a lot of stuff from them when you place an order. Shipping from China is expensive.

Great hardware experience from bestecig, here. My wife & I are 7 weeks without analogs, using the black 901's. I'll pass on my 2 cents as a first-timer:
Drip yourself. Pre-filled 901 carts are okay, but you'll quickly wish you could try many different flavors from many different sources. There's also the Straw Mod and PTB Mods to enhance the wicking of the ejuice to the atomizer. Rinse out your carts and save them - they're refillable! Get some extras, as well - they're cheap.
Batteries die. It's just a fact. They're also finicky beasts, especially the automatics. I would have started with manuals if I had it to do over again. The problem is that your vapor production goes down as your battery gets weaker, and having the auto cut off can be problematic. With manuals, you can control how long your drag is, which helps a lot. The good news is that bestecig stands behind your batteries. I replaced my dead ones with manuals on my next order, free of charge! That's great customer service. If you spend a good deal of time at a computer, the new 901 manual passthrough works great. It even seems to put out more voltage, for an even better throat hit. I was a pack-a-day smoker, and can easily go through 2-3 batteries a day. Get a USB charger, too. You never know when you'll want to have 2 batts on charge at the same time.
They say the 901 provides better flavor due to lower voltages, but some folks prefer the 501 for better throat hit. I've only tried the 901, but several flavors seemed very mild at the start. It was awfully hard to tell the difference between Flue Cured and Marlboro, for instance. I think part of that is your taste buds coming back after quitting analogs.
The Flue-cured tasted a bit like mild, sweet tobacco. The Marlboro was even more tobacco-like, with a hint of cola taste. The RY4's carmel-tobacco taste was our favorite. The 555 is a peanut-ty, kind of sweet tobacco taste. The coffee tasted like sweetened asian canned coffees, and the (strong) clove tasted just like djarum - at first. After a while, the clove and coffee took on an unpleasant chemical taste. My wife describes it as Raid bug spray - yuck. We did, however, enjoy most the RY4, Flue-Cured, Marlboro and 555.
I think I'll be getting my e-liquids from other suppliers, but the bestecig 901 hardware has been very good for us. After having around 4 atomizers on heavy rotation between me & my wife for 7 weeks, I've only had 1 go bad, and it was again replaced for free on my next order. For the $$ you could spend on starter kits at the mall, you can outfit yourself with plenty of extras right out of the gate here.
If I had it to do over again, I'd order the following for one person: At least 5 batteries (manual would be my choice), 5 atomizers, a few boxes of carts to try different flavors and then refill, A/C charger, USB charger and manual USB passthru. That should total about $120 for a starter kit that puts others to shame.
Thanks, bestecig - I look forward to my next bubble-wrap and packing tape football!

I quit smoking 14 days ago...which coincided with the arrival of my first order from Bestecig.com. It took just 5 days to get the order to Texas. It's now been 5 days since my last order, and I'm watching for the postal carrier as I type this!
Beci is an absolute gem...he let me combine two orders so that my shipping cost was way less.
The great thing about orderting from China is that when you place your order at night, it's already tomorrow there, so they immediately fulfil it, and then they ship it "backwards in time" by another half of a day.

"Timmah!"
Translation?
I was happy to see you folks have had positive reviews of Bestecig.com. I want to add my endorsement of this company. They're the only one I've tried so far.
I held off buying my first PV for TOO long and kept studying up. Finally this past Xmas, it seemed the best prices were from Bestecig. They offered all the components and options. It looked like the best website from which to order - no glitches. I trusted their posted testimonials.
I had trouble using my credit card as well. They suggested PayPal - it's the best method. I get confirmations from PayPal - very handy and secure. I am able to track my EMS shipments.
I also found their blue bubble wrap packaging interesting, entertaining. (Scene: Bored customs agents at JFK playing a game of toss with an incoming Bestecig order.)
I was skeptical on shipping time. But mine have arrive from Xiamen to Florida via JFK within 5 to 10 days - acceptable. I'm on my fourth order so far. No problems - aside for the one-week Chinese New Year delay - unfortunate timing. The shipping costs ($15-20 for mine so far, depend on weight) are worth it for their low prices and freebies.
I tried their "super high" nicotine strength at 36 mg/g, their strongest, and TOO strong for me. I've dropped back to their "extra high" level at 24 mg/g. (This is for the post on Bestecig strengths.)
I too had a problem with my BE103 coming on while performing music. I have to use the little case ($2.85) they offer as an accessory - room for two PVs disassembled. I have to keep my atty unscrewed from the battery for high vibration or windy conditions. One show, a cartridge on my assembled PV in my pocket melted and that atty burned out. My batteries are still going strong. (azscott: Thank you for your fine descriptions. I may switch to manual batteries. Thank you for your flavor evaluations.)
Bestecig "Chen" was mentioned here in this ECF thread. I like Chen - broken English is perfect! When my BE401 charger failed, he replaced it free. He always throws in a free 10 ml bottle of liquid at my default flavor and strength.
Chen always answers my questions. My latest was on the nickel foam metal in the atty. He confirmed that and explained the design a little.
(See: <post 1086051>)
I told Chen about us and sent him the link to our forum. Chen's reply was:
And thanks again for your and other forum members' help, you are very fair and kindness.
Best Regards,
Beci chen
"...you are very fair and kindness." See what I mean? I love this guy!
Issue of job loss to China? Maybe THAT one is buried somewhere in this haystack of words - maybe "The Lounge" - it's so mysterious.
Ahem. "Timmah!"

And yet another great experience with bestecig.com
My 4th (or 5th?) order, as always perfect and fast (they shipped on Monday it was here in NC on Friday)
A while ago I had a defective USB battery, prompt free replacement.
Liquid: actually very very good, I got tired of messing with cart mods so I ordered prefilled carts as well, which are about as cheap as most liquids alone go.
And I'm a real fan of their menthol, 24mgand 36mg just right for an ex full-flavor (1 - 2 pack/day) smoker.
Completely analog free thanks to ecig and bestecig.com since 9/5/2009 4pm
FWIW my $0.02
Chris
