    I've ordered three times from thesmokesafe.com now and thought I'd give him a plug. I've ordered penstyle atomizers and USB passthroughs and so far everything has worked well when recieved and the shipping has been super fast. I just placed my 3rd order yesterday at around 6:00 in the morning and I got a shipping notice a couple of hours later. He is in Montana and I'm getting every order in 2 days here in Arkansas. He was also very helpful when I had a problem with the first USB passthrough - problem turned out to be my atomizer, not his product.

    Thumbs up TheSmokeSafe.com Experiences

    So here are my general experiences with TheSmokeSafe.com. Most of the suppliers I've ordered from have had spectacular customer service, but James at thesmokesafe.com has set himself apart from the rest.

    One of the e-cigar atomizers he sent me ended up killing itself within a week (nasty burnt-rubber taste and the LED wouldn't turn on). I'm sure it was a manufacturing problem and not his fault. I contacted him, and he got back to me within 24 hours letting me know he would send me a brand new atomizer tube ASAP. What really set James apart though is the fact that he called me up and personally asked me which color atomizer tube I would like and whether or not I "would mind" if he included a free 15ml trial bottle of his new RY4 juice. Of course I didn't mind!

    So the new atomizer and juice came in, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that he had included a pre-paid envelope so that I could mail him the dead atomizer back at absolutely no cost to me.

    His products are also top-notch. The e-cigar atomizer initially had that "factory taste," but I vaped through it within a couple of days (I'd say that I'm only a light-medium e-smoker, so it'll probably go away for most people within a day). After that, vapor production and taste only got better with time. The LED also changes color from blue to yellow once that battery gets low, a feature which I haven't seen on any other e-cigar. His RY4 juice is super smooth, and all of his products got to me in California from Montana within 2 days. To top it all off, his prices are very competitive - in fact, I haven't seen any quality parts for cheaper elsewhere.

    I'm not affiliated with James in anyway - I'm just a very very satisfied customer. He doesn't quite have everything in stock yet, but I highly recommend him if you're looking for parts or juice.

    I purchased a usb passthough from this fellow and his shipping was fast and the usb is still going strong after a month--I would use him again.

    It's too bad he doesn't advertise here. I mean, if more people knew what he had (ie the RY4), he might get more business....and more referrals like these.

    I have always had excelent service from James and have only good things to say about him and his company. I have 3 Yeti's from him and love them Thanks for all the help James

    Just to update (I see your post is older, Lu, but if someone comes across this as it was bumped today).... Smokesafe does indeed advertise here, and currently or recently had a kicking sale on 510 kits, received in two days, woo hoo! :-)
