My first dealings with Janty

Don’t give up on the Dura! I love this device; actually I think it shows that they are willing to fully stand behind their product. Handling a first run malfunction like this is a very hard thing to do. Personally I received some replacement batteries and they had the same problem, but that was before they were fully aware of the scope of the problem. Now I will be receiving replacements from the new batch. IMO All Dura owners should test their current batteries and if the light cuts out in less than 7 seconds (Or so) on a 8 second test drag or is working only under “special” conditions (Spinning, holding it a special way, etc.) this is not normal and you should contact your Janty rep for replacement batteries.

I just got my replacement atomizer because the first one died after a day of use, and man, the Dura is incredible. Huge vapor/throat hit, nearly every drag is consistent and my juices taste better. If these things can stop dying so much (lol) this would be the standard all other e-cigs would be judged by.

I also noticed cartridges that go on very smooth usually are the one that leak , some go on with some sort of click and don't leak.

This unit looks like a winner and the case is the most practical design I have seen yet. After watching Dusty's new review Janty Dura and Rechargable case I placed my order--just hope there are no battery issues--Sun

I got it on Ebay. Sellers id is pingonlines Item number: 320315620345 or Item number: 370153730108 will fit too and it is cheaper .
It is almost an exact fit but it was not made for Dura. I don't think Puresmoker sells the same thing. Rubber bands are very useful .

Sun, I just went to Janty and they don't show the charger case for sale anymore. ???
Hope we don't get outed for thread jacking. Maybe not since this is all Dura related discussion. I'm very Interested in the charger case but don't know if it's proven tech yet.

I'm vaping on my DURA as I type-- Very happy with the experience Jeff gave me through Janty USA. I ordered 2 DURA's, one for myself and one for a friend. My atomizer decided it did not want to work out of the box. Jeff sent me 2 replacement atomizers right away-free of charge-It blows my super-mini out of the water!
