Ya, I would have to agree with you there. The 36mg True Menthol is the real deal... I haven't had a buzz like this since I started smoking 15 years ago!.

(Oh, and I assume you mean the CaSH 36mg... the "pure" 24mg Menthol I got sucks... way too harsh and I see they don't have it on the menu anymore; hopefully doing away with it.)

Just ordered a couple Pilot Hybrid kits Tues. morning at about 4am and haven't gotten a shipping confirmation yet I know I'm being way too critical but you'd think the only way to get in the 'ships within 24 hours' window would be to ship it sometime Tuesday. I really need those so I can ship out my busted Screwdriver to Trog and still have something to keep me away from the analogues. Luckily the screwdriver is slightly functional though annoying to work with.

I got my shipping conformation for my Hybrid last night. He probably had a ton of orders over the last two days and Monday was a postal holiday, so it's not usually like this.

My first order I never got a shipping notification. Ordered on a Fri/Sat and arrived on Wed if I remember correctly.

I just ordered Mon early AM and the shipping notice came really late last night. I expect it about Thur/Fri. HTH

Unless something has changed, Puresmoker does the initial 12hr charge for you and pretests the equipment. So you should be able to smoke it straight out of the box and have less equipment requiring return issues. When you couple that with their 24hr ship policy....WOW! Hard to get service like that these days.
