I would still consider the passthrough, if I were you. I use my PT at home, and in the car with the 12v adapter. It really saves on batteries. I built my own PT using the Nockostick idea. Less than 5 bucks, and 15 minutes of my time to build it. It still has the same atty on it. Nicostick Passthrough - Thanks Nicowolf
