Alright, for those who have read the thread 'Disgruntled' under 'OUTSIDE', you know about the shipping issues. Well...they still have not sent it out. So, I called em up, cancelled the order and will be getting a refund. Anyway, Thanks to a fellow forum member, gep, I found out about a place that sells ecigs locally. I picked up what they had. Which happened to be the Njoy Npro. Well, I've had it for about 2 hours and I'm not having any problems. Plenty of vapor. I'm all set! And I'm now officially an ecig user! Glad to be aboard! ![]() ![]() ![]() The Njoy Npro. I don't know why it gets such a bad rap. I think it might have alot to do with the Customer Service more than anything else. |

I bought two NPROs for my brothers-still working great after 5 weeks. They also have two NGARs-working great. I have two NGARs and have had three replacements from NJOY over the past two weeks-customer service is first rate-at least to me they were. I have found the NGAR to be the best when it works. It is my workhorse and liquid drinker by the gallons. Enjoy |

Glad to help! Just don't smoke it dry and burn it up! LOL! I think that yes, having to wait for a replacement if a part goes out is the biggest gripe, but many feel that the price and the 1 year warranty make it worth it. And though expensive, their carts still are tasty. I started with their Penstyle in June of last year (bought it locally) and loved it. But it just got to be a pain sending the atomizer back. Admittedly, I worked the hell out of it when I started. (Hence the warning, Ex!). That didn't stop me from buying another kit tho. Now I use their atomizers for back-ups. |

Don't worry. I'm being extremely careful with this baby. I'm vaping out the low npro regular cartridge so I can refill it with e-smokey's marlboro.

I get great vapor from my NPRO as well. Of course I don't have anything to compare it to. When I get a pennstyle I'm sure I'll see that the vapor production and battery is even better with larger models. But for its size...I think the NPRO is a beast. As long as I stay with a good battery and a topped off cart I do fine....

my first device was the NPro. now it sits in the corner, alone and abandoned. lol nothing wrong with it, just too much topping off for me plus it's more difficult with that type of cart. (imho) i just had to have a device that looked exactly like a cigarette. now i can't even remember why. |

Candygirl, HAH! that sounds fimiliar! Mine sits at home hooked up to a(n) usb passthru. Makes for a great vaping machine! Someone just needs to come up with a bigger cart for it! |

We have NPro's as well, my first e-cig. They work very well. I even ordered some pee-wee atomizers from RuyanDirect (RN4081's) and got those recently. Haven't really used the Npro the past 3 days as I've been concentrating on my Dura-C. I'm going to be lending out the NPros to friends and family for them to try as well.

| PV Master ECF Veteran | I found Customer Service to be great. I bought my NPRO about 2 months ago, and it came with a funky battery. I sent an e-mail. and they called me on the second day. I asked about purchasing a spare atomizer. The CSR said my new battery was in the mail, and not to worry about the atomizer, he threw one in with the battery. Got both 3 days later. After 2 months, the spare atomizer is still in the wrapper.

I'm not knocking customer service from my experience. Everyone I spoke to was very cordial and courteous.
