    Initially, i do not have any quitters symptom. Just a few cough in the morning and that's all...

    I have ulcer,then always tired,cough like mad,throat got a lot of greenish stuff,nose block for 2weeks..

    I for the first couple weeks I hacked like an old man, my nose was constantly running, and my lungs were so sore but after all of that, I felt much better than before I smoked. I can't lie, it sucks but once your body calms down, it's worth it.

    I hate taking the subway nowadays when I don't drive. It sux to stand near people marinating in their perfume.
