Flimsy wiring came off this 1 month old battery.

Rewired it but solder don't really stick well to the kind of material...did some burnishing work so the solder stick better.

While assembling the unit, damaged the switch...end up installing a external switch on it.

Waiting for my new battery to arrive..thereafter, will machine a new housing for the PCB and a new safer connector..

bro, I suggest that for safety sake please get yourself a proper PV. Those satchel LI batteries are no joke. I've killed one by accidentally shorting them and thank goodness it didn't explode but there's some liquid coming out of it.

Do yourself and everyone here a favor and get a proper PV.

No, this is not safe AT ALL! Don't recommend anyone try this.

If my new battery don't arrive tomorrow, will convert this to use NiHM battery pack.

But I refuse to go back to analog..tried yesterday..puked.
