Default Trying to post a message that disappears...

This has happened to me numerous times and it is driving me mad... I type up a reply to something in the reply window, then I think I hit backspace a couple times to correct something (may well be another key I am hitting) and suddenly the whole message I have been typing disappears and I am transported back to the top of the thread window.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong to cause this? HELP!!!

I see the buttons right above the backspace are End and Page Down. Could you be hitting one of those by accident?

Tried to reproduce this by hitting those keys, but it didn't work.

Some further experimation has revealed that I think this has to do with using ieSpell (as recommended by the spell check button in the forum here)... after using ieSpell to check a message, my backspace key, instead of backspacing in the text, appears to function as a 'back page' key in Internet Explorer! Bye bye to whatever I was just typing that wasn't saved...

yes, yes, i've done that several times. lol
the backspace key only does a backspace if your cursor is still in the reply box.
go to another page to reference something or click outside the box and boom -
backspace is now a previous page or "back" key.

    very frustrating

ieSpell must be moving my cursor outside the reply box for some reason...
