doc to pdf help

Can someone help me figure out how to make a doc file (microsoft word 2003) into a pdf file?

Hi Spikey...I'm pretty sure you have to have the Adobe software. If you don't, then I'm not sure you can do that. Someone smarter than me will have to help you.

I use a freebie called PrimoPDF. It works like using a printer... you print the document, and select PrimoPDF as the printer. It creates an Adobe compatible PDF file.

Bullzip PDF printer (works like primopdf) or Openoffice.org

You can use also CutePDF that you install it as a printer. It is free, easy to work with and good.

Spikey did you figure out how to do this?

Just hit "Print" and then choose the "Save as PDF" option.

I can't put any new software in this comp til I increase my 1 G of RAM. It has been freezing up and saying not enough RAM. I ordered it but it isn't here yet.. so I can't put anything new on or this comp will blow up! Sent Rorschach a PM... hopefully he can do it for me and send it back to me.

If you have Microsoft 2003. Get your doc file in MS, SAVE AS pdf Should do it

Wait a minute, won't work that way. GO TO:http://www.doc2pdf.net/
About 1/2 way down this page, browse to your file, open, will convert "free"

About 1/2 way down this page, browse to your file, open, will convert "free"

This converts but then will not let me save as a PDF
