    Yes, we have an issue with the number of processes running on the shared hosting environment.

    It is a problem common with vBulletin when mods are used, it creates extra demands on the server that exceed what is provided for by shared hosting.

    Don't panic though, I'm currently negotiating a dedicated server package that will set things on the right track.
