Default How do you join a group?

I know there's a UK group on here, but I'm not a member? Do you get invited to groups, or is there any option join somewhere, or do you need something set in your profile?

    Sorry if I'm being thick....:S

Pepper, click on the link to the group, on the next page at the top it will say :-

This is a forum to a social group. Click here to visit the group.

On the next page, topish right, it will have a link to click to "join group".

You may then need to wait for approval from a mod.

Well, it's either me being thick, or me being a supplier - but I can't see the UK group in the social groups list (hence my confusion). If I go to forums/groups I get a 'no permissions' error

I guess cause I sell stuff I'm a social outcast

Per the forum rules, suppliers are not allowed to join social groups.

    Don't shoot the messenger.

Pepper, had a quick check & there are supplier members of the UK forum, so don't think that is the problem. It's not under the social groups but under "National Forums"

National Forums - e-cigarette-forum.com • The place for electronic cigarette reviews, news and chat

Bah, thanks for the info guys.

If I had the energy I'd maybe make some kind of noise about applying that blanket policy, but I don't
