you did hype it, you did advertise it, you did sell it under that advertisement.

your response was "we are not 100% certain it can be done" AFTER you sold it and hyped it yet you said you had one that had a 10 second "shut down". if it cant be done, how did you get one in your posession?

you also ignored all the people who posted their concerns in your forum thread.

i wrote to you many times offering to BUY one from you PLUS pay extra for the shipping.......you ignored it. i then wrote and asked you to send me one and i would happily post it back to you......you ignored it.

why would you not want my money i kept asking myself. i then saw you on msn and you fobbed me off with a load of bollox about not giving it a fair review because i like the EVO and have "close ties" with intellicig.
as soon as i saw that 10 second shut down thread i realised straight away that the reason you didnt want me to review it was because i would have tested it and stated that the 10 second shut down was a blatant lie.

you can harp on about intellicig blah blah blah as much as you like and state that as your reason but even you said that you "knew i didnt work for them."

which then leads me on to the weeks/months of abuse i recieved because a few people were spreading bull**** rumours about me and intellicig. people respect you and seeing as you are a "mod" you could have easilly put an end to it by simply posting something like "guys, i know he doesnt work for intellicig".

people would have taken your word for it and moved on.
