Does the ECF take action?
Does the ECF take action against dishonest retailers?
I will not mention the seller but the horror stories are everywhere about this comapny / seller...
I hate to see more people get riped off and taken advantage of....
Just figured I'd ask as I was unsure if the ECF had a policy on this.... If not, maybe it's time for one...

Well since I am the ECF (in a way lol)I can say that yes I do.
Tell me who it is and I won't order from them. If you don't feel comfortable outing them in public just take a sec to shoot me a pm.
I can tell you that I will be fair to the company and take any stories with a grain of salt since almost every company ticks people off from time to time but if you have a fair complaint and they will not resolve it then I will give my money to someone else.
I'm not sure but I think there is a report button to click somewhere. I you have a grievence take it to one of the moderators. I've had pretty good luck but I am cautious and check people and co. before I buy no matter how good the deal is. Funny though I was just reading another post about someone getting ripped off.
I don't personally have a grievance... Yes I had an issue with this company a while back and the same problem(s), some even far worse than mine, keep getting posted about over and over and over again....
I am really just trying to protect / warn new buyers... We all work hard for our money and this guy / company takes the cake and money too...
I guess it's not really my place to stand up for others as they can report their problems but..... I guess I hoped the ECF had a system to boot dishonest suppliers from the site...
Just curious and many will know what company I am talking about as soon as they read this...
Every page in that company's area has deleted threads ( 2 or 3 deleted per page) from unhappy customers...

Yes.... And that's the root of my question... Why does the ECF not take action to protect unknowing buyers? If there is a policy, what is it?, and if there is not a policy there should be one....
lol... and this got me wondering who it is...I've got about 4-5 companies on my own personal don't do business with list...for crappy customer service, thread deleting, shoddy products..
Part of it could be too that ECF wants particulars..in my case from reading and watching I won't buy from those companies so I have nothing to complain to ECF about..others buy from them and post in thier subforum and get the thread deleted..and they're angry but they never really complain to ecf with particulars in any sort of volume that would get anything done...but I have seen ecf ban a supplier when enough people complained about them to the admin...
