For the final time Kate, you defamed a man on the forum. Not a character but a real person with a real identity. His details were posted up and you called him a conman, with no REAL evidence that this was the case.

I then PMd you asking you to remove the allegation. You refused - so the post was deleted. Since then you have repeated the accusation 3 times. The only person to make you look bad is you.

I have no choice therefore but to ban you. I'm really sorry it's come to this because you've been a great member since the forum began, but I cannot risk the forum because of one persons' actions. It's become too important for that.

You had every right to raise your concerns, but refused to listen when I told you you were overstepping the mark.
