Nope, never mind. The form requires me to put in my SSN. There's no need for that.

I would also suggest, however, that they call it something other than "affiliate". That's usually reserved for businesses. Maybe just "Referral Program"?

Actually, there is a need for either one's SSN or EIN due to 1099 requirements - you can use your EIN rather than your SSN

you can provide your EIN and not your social if you want or.. you can get and provide this as an another alternative TIN number: Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)

Could you fake an SSN and then call in the real one only when they need it?

Suggestion... ship the kits with cards!! I get cards with all the accessories and juices.. but I haven't ever gotten any with kits. Purchased a premium and pro one.. =P Hehe I did see someone who used to work at the hospital I work at today.. she was getting a blu disposable so looked over and saw who it was.. gave her a card hehe. She probably thought I was working for yall lol..

I would enjoy a points referral program, even if it was just on starter kits and not accessories. Volt really has become a top vape stop for me. I'm thoroughly hooked on having as many batteries and back up accessories as I can. I'm terrible.
