Default Issue charging my Volt battery

Anyone else have the Mega Charging Case v2? I typically charge my battery on this case at night, while charging the case itself simultaneously. I assume the blue LED display shows the case's charge, and the red LED is the ecig's charge. Lowest I've ever seen the red show when i plug up my cig was halfway (when i first got it), and last night it showed only 1 bar missing from being full when i put the ecig on charge. I held the charge button in, the battery blinked at me a couple times, and stopped. Repeated, and it still just blinked and stopped. Got up this am, took a couple pulls, and the light on the Volt battery blinked and it went dead. I placed the battery back on the charger, it showed 1 bar from being fully charged again, but the LED on the battery stayed steady, so i let it sit for 30 min anyways. It's hitting now, but i'm assuming it doesn't have much of a charge left (being only charged for 30 min). I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced misreadings on the charging indicators for the Mega Charging Case v2? Trying to see if i can identify the charger misreading the battery's charge, or the battery itself acting funky.

This is usually due to the battery not making the proper connection with the pcc threading... please try to clean the threads as shown in this video
