    Default Customer Service

    Hi everyone, I sent SI a question through email early yesterday morning and have not heard back from them. Considering everything I have read about their customer service, I was a little surprised to have not heard back from them yet.?

    I am sorry you have had to wait on a response from us, I was the only one in the office yesterday who was handling emails. I am actually almost all caught up from yesterday, so you should have a reply waiting you in your email. If not, it could have been sent to your spam box.

    No worries, Cookie. I just got a reply. The battery seems to be working just fine. I was just a little curious why it was doing what it was doing. I can be a little impatient sometimes, so sorry for not giving you a little more time to answer.

    Generally they are awesome, but every once in a blue moon, it make take them a few hours to get back to you. It's still better than just about any other company out there since most of them take 24-48 hours on average to get back to you.

    The nice thing about smokeless image is that you can also call them. I have never been on hold for more than a minute or two.

    Don't give up on them yet. I'm sure they are growing by leaps and bounds considering they are the most recommended "mini" in ECf. I have personally sent them about 20 new customers

    I am most definitely not going to give up on them. I was just a little surprised because of everything I read on this forum. They got back to me this morning after I posted this and all is very well.

    I am very happy with heather at SI ,she is always quick to answer me back,just yesterday it only took 10 minutes.

    Yes, she was by herself yesterday and was real busy. I guess I just got antsy. Like my wife says, when I get into a new "hobby", I tend to go overboard and get impatient.
