I mean they clobber you in 15 minutes or so, much quicker processing of the nicotine than other snus. Wine&Chef is tasteless, so can be used along with a cup of coffee without skewing the coffee's taste. It will really mellow you out in a hurry.

I normally leave a portion in for about an hour or more. With Wine&Chef, I rip it out at 20 minutes to stop the nicotine infusion.

I must have a high tolerance to nicotine I think. I can do the 12 - 16mg snus with no problems at all. Only time I got a problem is if I do one too quick after I just had one. Got a little queazy from that a couple of times so I space them every 2 hours or so now.
Put a little caffeine in the picture with the snus and it brings me to my knees. Can't seem to do them together.

For me they definitely last at least as long as other snus. That goes for 6 mg Energy and 3mg Citrus. I actually have to cut Energy in half, because it was unpleasantly strong. Sometimes I add the other half one hour later without removing the first one (I rather like the taste, even though it is a bit strange) and that gives me huge kick without feeling like running up the stairs.

Can you get snus in the UK? I have stopped e- smoking for around 3 weeks because of a constant sore throat which has now completely gone, and I have just had enough of the hassle of e-cigs. I’m using nrt gum that’s ok but I don’t really like the flavours but I do like the fact that you just pop a piece of gum out of the packet and away you go, and my throat don’t hurt that’s good to. So if anyone can tell me if there are any suppliers that will ship snus to the UK that would be great. I would love to give it a try.

It's illegal to sell within the UK (indeed the entire EU except for some of the Nordic countries who have an exemption). I believe you can order from Northerner.com, buy Snus online, order shipped within 24 hours express worldwide (in Sweden) and they'll post it into the UK but I'm not terribly sure how legal that is. Haven't done it myself yet but I'm planning to at some point. To forewarn you, they do add a huge "tobacco tax" onto the price of the products so they work out more than double the ticket price shown on the web site after this, normal sales tax and shipping is added.

Thanks kitabz. I have just ordered some from northerner and you are right they do bump up the price with the tax, it more or less doubled on the three tins I ordered it came to around £12 with shipping . So I’ll just wait and see and I’ll let you know if I have any problems with the customs. There shouldn’t be any as its from within the EU, I suppose its what they label it as that might prove a bit of a problem.

For whatever it's worth, a Buysnus order delivered to me recently had “SNUS” on the label of the shipping envelope. But I just got another large order from Northerner a few minutes ago (yippie!) and as I look at their label, on the box in front of me right now, I see it says “Crafts.”

I can't stop snussing either, but then again, why would I want to? Give me white mini portions or give me death! Surely I smoked for almost three decades, but as time goes on it is become harder and harder to remember why.

    My sentiments, exactly!

After discovering things like snus and e-cigs, I just wonder if I was just having tunnel vision regarding smoking alternatives, or what.

Since starting to use snus, my cravings for analogs has gone from slight to next to nothing.

I couldn't bring myself to smoke even if I wanted to. Too many better alternatives.
