|  Lost and Found: Link about tobacco product definition
I think it was in one of these snus links, and may have been Washington state but it talks about how they define anything derived from tobacco as a tobacco product. Anyone know where this is?

The new tobacco bill (The Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act) signed by Pres. Obama has tobacco defined that way. Hope that helps.
