A cigarette can contain 10mg or more nicotine, but you don't get anywhere near that amount in your bloodstream by smoking. Much of it blows away in sidestream smoke. In the end, you get about 1mg to 2mg of nicotine from a regular cigarette. With a 20% figure for snus, an 8mg snus -- like a Camel Snus -- gives me roughly the same nicotine as a smoked Camel.

Absorption is a slower delivery method than inhalation, however, so there's no kick, as there is with inhaling tobacco smoke. But I manage to maintain a very level amount of nicotine in my blood, mixing e-smoking, snus, dissolvables and nasal snuff.

I found the mint flavor Camel to be decent, but the mellow was sickeningly sweet and syrupy tasting. Snus is great for when I don't feel like fooling around with e-cigs

snus is different by it goes under your upper lip, thus not allowing as much saliva to be produced, it is also like a dry tobacco type pouch its deff not as moist as skoal pouches, try them youll like them, the frost taste like the frost cigs and the mellow like camel mellows if they do still make those?

That's such a shame, all mint snuff with nicotine could save millions and millions of people world wide. I wish a company had the balls to step up with it.

There's general wintergreen & catch eucalyptus. Both are very minty...
