On topic with this old thread, I had alot of "heartburn" problems chewing the nicotine gum...it was only when I chewed it frantically or too long.
I have recieved heartburn from snus once...and it was dripping alot and I had no choice but to swallow it and got HB from it. I can now feel it coming on and just spit if I can to reduce the hearburn that the drip may cause.
