Jonothons' distillation of the PACT act is pretty much what I and others thought we were reading from it several months ago.
For now, there are several other industry members who interpret the beast in the same fashion.

Higher costs due to shipping restrictions and requirements as well as paying the taxes that we technically should have been paying all along.

I really hate the tax part.

Last Saturday I started to implement my tax aversion stock-up of favorite smokeless products. Difficult determining favorite snuff, snus not so hard.
1/2 pound

1/8 pound each

Once I have a better idea of what size canning jar works best for a given amount of snuff I'll probably purchase more, PRE-TAX!

Snus was much easier to nail down, General Wintergreen and Ettan OP, 10 cans each for now.

Report on my oomph vaping experience.........
I soaked two portions in VG with a drop of menthol juice I made ( thanks Vaporer )
It was difficult getting the portion into the 510 cart, but I compensated by not pushing the cart down too hard so as to not push on the bridge too much.
The vapor was amazing, but lacked the taste and nic........
As the portion does not fit well, I doubt I will try again.............
Besides, the oomph portion is perfect just the way it is......

Good morning. I am glad yesterday is over. Between the really tough day at work yesterday and the guilt trip laid on last night from my wife, I am worn out. I am thinking today will be a fairly large nic usage day. I think I'll start the morning out with a pinch or two of honey bee and an odens cinnamon. I think I have some 36mg menthol with me to top off the trifecta.

I'm there on regular basis, hittman. I think most hubbies are . Snus is my comfort food .

I also would like to know...........

I think he has a review buried somewhere in here, hittman Snuff, the Dessert of Smokeless Tobacco. Best I can say is it's sweet in an exotic sorta way...very good and mild .

Well, I got my order from Nicotine Rush in yesterday. Two days from order to door. It was all scotches, and WoS HDT #22. I now have 15 scotches in my collection. I'll post a few reviews in the appropriate threads later. I will say this Three Thistle Sweet... so far very nice.
