Good morning. I just got to work from my monthly orthodontist appt. and was checking emails. I finally got a response from my local water dept. from a service request that I put in over a month and a half ago. At the beginning of the summer, they started billing us monthly instead of every two months and I noticed immediately that they were charging me almost twice of what my prior bills had been. I contacted them to try to find out what was going on and I got a response this morning saying that my problem had been resolved because they say my bills are correct. I don't think so. I'm not sure what to do at this point but I did respond and laid into them about how their vague reply was not acceptable. I guess I will hear back from them in another month or two. By all rights, my bill should start to decrease since I have hardly been running the sprinklers since the weather has been cooler. I guess I better go do some work. You know how bosses are. Actually expect work to get done.
