Nasal Snuff-What goes in must go out. How?

I too amazed at the ease of use C. I had imagined all sorts of difficulties but the very first use proved to be simple. And effective.

A note to snufflings though. Do what ever you normally do, pick, blow, "nose gargle", first. Then use the neti.
That much more effective.
Also want to wait a little after use before going for more snuff. Gives the nasal mucosa a chance to refresh with mucous.

Yep....Thats it folks....However you do it...Clean out first before using the pot....give the nose a rest and then lock and load....you are good to go once more!!
