Really good stuff here, exo. All in all sounds upbeat. The elevated risk "of pancreatic
cancer, and possibly of cardiovascular disease, particularly myocardial
infarction" is compared to the use of nothing, I assume (I'm clicking on the link after this post). The stat on the Bruton's Scotch was ugly.....that's what I've been using
. Although, far less than a gram a day....but still...
I'll check in later when I find out where I am, provided I'm still where I left myself .

Ok exo, I got it at home and I'm up to page 54. I haven't got to any of the snus stuff yet, but this is very interesting reading. So far the authors appear to be very honest in their approach. Looks like good reference stuff to keep......wish I could get my wife to take the time to read it.

Good stuff innit (what's a Chav?),
very pragmatic & gets straight to the points, lots of great info,
makes me feel happier about tobacco generally - at least the snus sort.
....must read all of it myself....

Very much well worth a browse through :

Thanks exogenesis for posting the link to that report. I have done some reading and find that there is some real good info there. I have to wonder that even with all their knowledge they are seemingly unaware of the existance of the WTA factor that has been discovered here. It sure would be great if we could make contact with one of the "Expert Panels" and supply them with the data we have compiled in this forum. I believe that if they knew the truth about the addiction to the WTA and not just nicotine that they might be able to do some research and get to the bottom of the root cause of our misery.
But the depth and scope of such testing would take many years ( just look at all the many years the "Nicotine Addiction" has been studied). This new information would cause them a significant set back.
