Dang, LK...that's messed up. Do you know what's causing the insomnia?

oh yea...I know. It's a little too TMI for here....LOL But suffice it to say there is nothing that can be done to change it. well...I guess there is but I'm not willing to undergo that radical of another surgery.

Lori, I of course don't know the details, but if I had to choose between a radical surgery and a lifetime of debilitating sleep deprivation, well...

without knowing the surgery, it'd be hard to say what the best choice is...but at least you'd get some sleep during the anesthesia. hmmm...maybe you should go for anesthesia and skip the surgery.

that would be my preference CES....LOL. And Katya.....I guess that would depend on the quality of life your left with. One of the only pieces of good advice I ever got from a doctor was...."there is no condition that can't be made WORSE with surgery".......and over the years the other thing I have learned.....it really CAN get worse than it is......you might not be able to imagine it.....and that's the problem....you convince yourself this is as bad as it gets.....and then make a bad decision based on the assumption that it can only get better.
