You'd have thought they might put the light where it can at least be seen by the user. They don't put your dashboard display outside your bloody car on the bonnet facing forwards do they

Must be a Chinese brain fart.

Today, Guys and Dolls, I vaped through the Waterfront. I vaped in a movie (but not for long, because I fell asleep) and I vaped in one of those build-a-teddy- bear stores.
No looksies, except for a couple of bored sitting women waiting for sunset to end the Ramadan fast, shrunken eyes and all, but,no, nothing out of the ordinary. Nobody paid any attention. Place was empty. Mind you, I think my atomizer is on last legs because the steam is but a piddle.

If im wandering through a shopping centre I normally clutch it and vape, even though it looks like a pen. I'm always afraid the security guards will pounce on me, there again they dont even pounce on armed robbers so I guess im pretty safe vaping.

Got crapped on at a news cafe for smoking it inside a non smoking area.. Told the manager nicely where he could go find it and then carried on

I wonder if these cheaper refills are sacrificing quality. I bought a 80ml bottle off cig-e for R80 and found the liquid to be a bit sketchy. I was at the waterfront in Cape Town and walk passed the twisp.co.za kiosk there. 20ml for R249 is clearly more pricey but the difference in quality is clear. No after taste and there is definitely no smell.

oops, i said R80 but it was R300

I am still confused by the whole 'this versus that' liquid if, as Stephen says, ... nearly all liquid is coming from one main supplier .... then how can there be a difference in quality?
Myself, I can't say that I noticed a difference in quality, although there is definately a difference in taste and smell between the tobacco flavours from each. ... and the Twisp liquid tends to make me cough, [although I prefer the flavor and smell] The price difference is not 'a bit' but huge .. - I wish I could fathom it ....but, when Twisp replaced 10ml bottles selling at between R199 - R229 with double sized 20ml bottles for R249 it indicates the kind of profit they were making on the 10ml bottles ..... They also shout "Dutch, -not China" rather loudly ....but the last I checked they had not posted anything in response here on the forum in a different thread. [I can't even find that thread started by Twisp now]
Cig-e says the suppliers from which they purchase supply 80% of the e-liquid in the world [presumably the same supplier Stephen Rowley referred to]

It is difficult to know what's in the refills as there is no watchdog for these.
I do know it is possible to purchase, separately, some of the ingredients found in refill bottles from the pharmacy. Perhaps a rework of the contents is taking place. I am known to lean towards the conspiracy theory from time to time however the cheapest on the shelf is usual that way for a reason.
